  I've been here for 3 months and no complaints at all. The Resident Manager was fantastic and very professional; she even answered some additional inquiries I had via email after hours. They're very hands-on with the property. We just went through a pretty snowy winter and they were right on top of it with the plowing service hired as well as the groundskeepers snowblowing the walkways during the night. There's traintracks on the side of the complex that faces Clark but it's just freight trains that never blow their horn. The trains are obviously audible but I've never been woken up by them. The community here is very quiet and this is exactly what I wanted. Good location too with Routes 22, 78, and the Parkway are all close by.
