  My son has been getting his haircut here for over a year. He has always received a quality haircut. Unfortunately, yesterday he called for an appointment and the person who answered the phone insisted that my son had to give him a credit card to hold his appointment. In all my years of dealing with salons and barbers I have never heard of such a policy. My son did not give a credit card (he doesn't own a credit card) and was unable to make an appointment. Very dissatisfied.
